Located in the picturesque region of San Luis de Grecia, Alajuela, nestled within the Cordillera Volcánica Central of Costa Rica’s Central Valley, Cerro San Luis stands as a testament to the Delgado family’s long-standing commitment to exceptional coffee.
Spanning three generations, the Delgado family legacy continues today through siblings Magall and Alexander Delgado, who uphold the traditions and values passed down by their predecessors.
The 45-hectare farm thrives in rich volcanic soil and a temperate climate, with average temperatures between 16 and 28 °C. Among its diverse coffee varieties, this lot showcases the renowned SL28 varietal, elevated through meticulous honey processing that enhances its depth, character, and complexity.

Grind 15g of coffee to a medium consistency and place it in your V60.
Pour 225g of water at 94°C, starting with a 40g bloom for 30 seconds, then slowly pour the remaining water in steady spirals over 2–2:30 minutes.
Let it drain completely, swirl gently, and enjoy the crisp fruit, rich sweetness, and creamy indulgence in every sip.
