Delivery Information
Your order will be sent via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Your coffee will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order, excluding Public Holidays and weekends.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will take up to 2-4 business days for major metro areas. TAS, SA, WA & NT, Regional or Rural areas may take a little longer.
We take a lot of care when packing our orders to ensure that they make it to you safely and damage-free. If something goes wrong and your item arrives in a less-than-satisfactory condition, please let us know.
We roast and ship coffee fresh and we recommend that it rests for at least 7 days (from roast date) prior to brewing.
If you have selected our local delivery option (for a selected zone only), your coffee will be delivered to your address on the next delivery day. (Currently delivering on Mondays and Thursdays). Your coffee will be left in your specified area, if you have not specified an area we will leave it in the safest place possible.
