Refund policy
Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections. However, if your product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Our refund and return policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer as outlined by the Australian Consumer Law.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tallboycoffee.com.au. You may need to pay for return postage in the meantime, but this cost will be refunded to you once we have assessed your return, if required.
